addisyn_burns.21 I bought the gingham One on Sunday and it is my New hallelujah! I have very sensitive and bad skin and have ever since I was a baby, I thought this was gonna be too harsh on my skin but decided to try anyway and I’m so glad I did just rubbing it in my hands I could tell it was a great formula! And all of the signs were so good but it’s so hard to choose I wish I bought so many more while they’re only seven dollars, this is the greatest bath and Body works product I’ve ever used! And Id recommend it to EVERYONE! It’s so Moisturizing and I’m definitely going to be purchasing a lot of these

octoberautumn Can you exchange product without your receipt?? My email always pops up when I check out, are they able to pull a purchase that way? I purchased a bunch of these during the SAS and the Hello Beautiful scent absolutely burns my skin. I bought other scents and haven’t had any issues, but something about that scent is making my skin react bad. I’ve never returned or exchanged product from BBW so I always throw my receipts away. ?
