carl5298 Love the first part of your story. Be Well. But the diamond facts. Ha. That’s a laugh. All diamonds are blood diamonds no matter how u try to spin it. The facts in news are what whoever writes it says they are lol. But, a diamond is a diamond, hardest rock on earth with many values. I was never into poetry, but I was watching a show called diamonds. And this poem / facts whatever kinda caught me. If a diamond manages to withstand 2 million years of intense pressure and extreme heat deep within the earth it still has to survive the trip to the surface. It’s an explosive and violent ride that only the hardest substance on earth can survive. If a diamond makes it to the surface it becomes almost impossible to destroy. Because of the circumstances of its conception, the impossible trials it must survive to be earthed the diamond is no longer vulnerable. It is indeed Forever. End Quote. Neat huh. But as far as diamonds being mined humanly or environmentally friendly, that’s a laugh. A true joke.
