karhlua Because it’s fresh ✨ it comes from way back in time when they were very cautious about drinking from stagnant water. Anything out of white or clear bowls they will prefer because they can tell it’s not contaminated.

becky_lou84 Our ginger tom will only drink water from his special jack daniels glass ? ? if its empty he will howl the house down until we refill it and if the other cats try and drink from it all hell breaks loose?

catherinevthomson We have to ensure that there’s a glass of water next to the bed at all times ready for thirsty moments; if it’s not there or super fresh they’ll sit and wait and look dismayed 😻

rainbowtart1 In my house its because it's the only water in the house that hasn't had cat food dropped in it .......five seconds after it was poured.

kellyskitchenx I haven’t drank water out of a glass at home for the last 6 years because of my cats constantly doing this ? Bottles only in my house.
