I wanted to say a special thanks to @jamesmountfordstudio for collaborating on all of these visuals with me. You are absolutely brilliant. I am so lucky to know you, call you my dear friend, and make art with you. Also thanks to this perfect little prince @cosmo.cassius for representing all that is pure.
This is a snippet of ‘What about Love’. It is one of the most special songs to me that I have ever written. What about love!!!!!!!?

db.ele Banks has been my favourite singer for years and I was very excited to listen to III, which she claimed would be "about going from [...] naive and hopeful to being a wise woman" but honestly, the only songs not talking about regret, failed attempts to elaborate pain and in general inability to let go of the past are 'Till Now' and 'Gimme'. She's amazing but it was really painful to realise that she still creates content with this much unprocessed pain despite the years passing by... I'm sad to say I doubt I'll listen to thus album more than once ? her portrayal of love as lovesickness and regret throughout all her songs have mentally tired me out... I cannot really feel growth (not musically speaking) coming from this album... 'What About Love' was really the last straw ?

mdhocter @hernameisbanks I'm currently writing a review on this album for @albumism. I'm blown away by the beauty and depth of this whole album, but it is the last two songs; "If we were made of water" and "What about love" that have had tears in my eyes and on my cheeks for the better part of the weekend. You are a force and you are incredibly profound. Congrats on such a beautiful piece of art.
