I find that when I have faith in my higher self, have faith in life, let go of doubt and resistance to the present moment, things just flow. What advice would you give to a young woman who wants to pursue a career in the performing arts? . “I would say, be very clear about why you are pursuing it. What about this path is of most value to you? Write it down and carry it with you so that when times get hard, you want to quit, are overwhelmed, or feel yourself getting lost and being pulled away from your original intention and sense of self; you have something to refer back to, to remind you that pulls you back to center. Don't pursue this path for money or to be famous. Taste is subjective, so please don't take it personal (which I know is hard) if you don't get a job for whatever reason or people just aren't 'getting' you. If you stay authentic to who you really are, I truly believe that your people will find you, and recognize what they have in you. Don't get caught up in social politics. Most of the time, it's other people's stuff that has nothing to do with you. Focus on the work. That's the most important thing.” . What’s your beauty/anti- aging secret? . “...You're going to laugh, but I think cuddling makes your skin glow. It's probably the oxytocin it releases. So hug people and cuddle.
