devonia73 Okay so after seeing this workout of yours. I bought the disc sliders. I’m on week two & already can see a difference in my arms.. However I workout everyday. I always had trouble with working the back of my arms. It’s SOO.. not an easy workout.. but however I now LOVE using them & I have been doing them 3 days a week. Because I do need to do legs ?? Thank You for sharing it’s truly appreciate. ?

I use the elliptical and am also doing squats and other exercises to workout my upper and lower body. I am a person living with a chronic illness so working out just makes me feel so much better. You are an inspiration to all women Candace. You look so good Candace!??

amandaxcloutier Some of these comments are baffling. Did you even watch @candacecbure video? Money cant buy this. This takes HARD work and dedication. Just because shes famous doesn’t mean she can snap her fingers and be able to do this. She is a human being, and just like everyone else she has to work to get this strong.
