While you’re waiting on BTS from #GladHesGone (which I can’t wait to show you), this little shot was the most intense and hilarious to shoot. It was at the end of day one and it was me in this little boat with a walkie talkie and @vaniaheymann on one paddle boat with a small crew and @gmuggia on another paddle boat with a small crew. Cameras on one boat, the music to que me on the other. There were party boats with drunk people all around we had to keep out of frame, and a pretty strong current for a row boat 😂 quadruple challenge was to row in the right direction (with one hand since I’m on the phone), make sure my head was turned to the boat with the camera, lip sync the right line while not being able to hear the music and also get dressed in panic like I’m being followed 😂 the whole time we were laughing though and it was one of my favorite scenes to shoot 🙏❤️

shelbydoeppjam The video is hilarious. The song is so good. My daughter caught a line or two and calls the song “Sea Skunk”. “Sea Skunk, Sea Skunk...better off I’m glad that’s Sea Skunk.” She’s five so we only let her hear the chorus. ? @tovelo
