igviewer44 I'm sure Nick Nurse knew well in advance or was expecting that Kawhi is leaving the team, so he wasn't surprised at all at Kawhi's final decision. He also knows the chances of repeating an NBA championship is almost none for the Raptors. It'll probably be another 25-30 years until a Toronto team wins again because an LA team (Lakers, Clippers, Rams, or Dodgers) will take multiple titles for next several seasons ?

Kawhi had no choice which is even more impressive that he won a championship and a finals MVP with a team he didn’t even pick to play with ??? He doesn’t owe shit to Canada!
