Competed in rhythmic gymnastics when I was a kid. Practiced all sorts of contortionism to music but never did any back flips! So.. now as an adult, I go to this awesome gym with a giant foam pit, with family, and just chuck my body into this pool of clouds. Many things make me happy in this life and this is definitely one of them.🤪 @heidimoneymaker I think I may need some guidance!

Em criança competi em ginástica rítmica. Praticávamos todo o tipo de contorcionismo ao ritmo da música, mas nunca fazia mortais. Portanto... agora que sou adulta, encontrámos um ginásio muito fixe, com a família, e atiro o corpo para esta piscina de nuvens... Há muitas coisas que me fazem feliz nesta vida e isto é definitivamente uma delas. 🤪 @heidimoneymaker acho que preciso de alguma instrução! .

@danielaruah competi em tumbling ate uma lesão no joelho, ou seja, com muitos mortais e quedas de cara no chão! Sugestão: saltar para cima com a ajuda dos braços, nesse salto o impulso todo está a ir para trás e não para cima. E depois puxar os joelhos para o peito, esse movimento impulsionará a rotação! E tcharan! Não tarda estão a sair duplos daí!
