Let’s talk sleep!!!! Anyone who has a child knows that those first months( if not years!)of sleep is complete hell. You can’t really understand it until you’ve been up every hour for days, weeks, months. It’s complete torture! My 5 year old took 3 years to sleep through the night and it almost destroyed me. With my second I wanted to do it differently. I was invited to a panel discussion with Dr Harvey Karp and learnt about the SNOO. It is the worlds first smart sleeper that imitates rhythmic sensations from the mother’s womb. It has a swaddle built in so that your baby is in the safest position. This is NOT SPONSORED - I just am so passionate about the results. Lennon has slept through since 6 weeks! And still sleeps 7pm- 6am! #snoonation #happiestbaby

I can relate! My first is 2 and she is the most stubborn sleeper!!! It’s so hit and miss with her. She will either fall asleep instantly or she’ll be up for hours in her bed... As an infant, we couldn’t put her down without he waking up and crying. It’s always been worse when she goes through a leap, and sometimes that will last months ? (from 15-16 months) The crybit out method DID NOT WORK, nothing we tried worked and we tried it all!!! My second is almost 4 months and can put herself to sleep and will only wake up maybe 1 time, if at all. She put herself in her own schedule since about a mo the old. She’ll take a long after noon nap like clockwork! ? ??

Honestly I recommend to look up Suzy Giordano (baby coach), her book “12hours sleep by 12 weeks old” is the best. Me and my husband followed the schedule and our baby sleeps through the night since he was 5 months old (we made some adjustments which fits to us, maybe that’s why it took longer then 12 weeks) But it went all so naturally and we didn’t force our baby to go to sleep nor we didn’t let him cry. Just the best! He is 1 and half now and still sleeps 12 hours during the night and 2 hours during the day 😍 expecting baby number 2 in August, and We will definitely follow Suzy Giordano method again ❤️

I gave up to all this new gadgets and trends that supposedly help the baby sleep through the night. I’ve watched my diet every day, tried everything in my power and my baby still wakes countless times during the night. Perhaps its the fact I’m breastfeeding, teething... etc..I just gave up and now I’m making jokes ( yeah, 🧟♀️ can joke too ) that she’s going to be a genius based on the statistics saying that babies who won’t sleep at night are very smart 😂

That's really awesome you've found something to keep the sanity. Bit it's COMPLETELY normal for babies to wake up constantly. Its awful. But theres nothing wrong with your baby if they wake up alot. It's how they are designed. So its great and all but mums, if your baby wakes alot its nothing you're doing wrong. Our 2nd didnt sleep properly until about 15 months. I dont even know how we survived lol

It sure is hard. My daughter is almost 3 and is guaranteed to wake up once if not twice a night and as a working mum it's really hard. I go to bed late as it is just so I can get things done that I can't do during the day and then to be woken during the night breaks me plus she's up every morning by 6.30! I always say it, if she was my first born I probably wouldn't have gone back for a second. ?

I am also completely lucky my baby slept from 3pm till 6am from 5 weeks old we got her up twice for a feed but she was still so sleepy she kind of slept through, even the health visitors thought we were joking!! All you mum's/dad's out there with babies with poor sleep can't imagine, but I still think we are all battling through our own battles with our little ones, no matter what the stage
