learning what it means to fully love and appreciate myself again. to take care of my mind, body, and soul. to spend time with my loved ones, and show them how much they mean to me. to spend time alone. completely alone. and not only be okay with it, but enjoy it. to be in the quiet of my own thoughts. to spend a while not checking my phone. and to not even think about wanting to check it. to write music. lots of it. I can’t wait to share it with all of you. to sit outside and embrace nature and the world around me. to read books that fill my brain with positivity. to do things to pamper myself and show my body that I care about it. to look in the mirror and love the person looking back. it’s been a while since I’ve really taken everything in and been appreciative like this. this caption is a bunch of my random thoughts but I’m thankful.
