chefofftheline I thought Marrakech and Casablanca were the worst. Let's not romanticize Morocco please. I've been to many places around the world and Morocco was a huge disappointment especially for women. The heckling, verbal harrassment, animal cruelty, and huge disorganization of public transportation was a pain in the ass. The government should have some control over the tourism. I don't miss bargaining with taxis that's for sure!!!!

zebross @littlecornishollie I agree. We were hassled every minute while there and sometimes the solicitation of business quickly turned into ugly racist, sexist and threatening comments.

littlecornishollie Fes is a tough place. Truth be told, it has its beauty and beautiful people. But it has a prominent dark side travellers must be aware of. Especially women travellers
