This mornings run powered by beautiful sunshine and good music. I listened to my Apple Music work out playlist that you can find online too and ran the fastest 3.6 miles i think I’ve ever managed. Hellllllo Saturday.

emmadamoulakis I had no idea about the Happy Place podcast until I read these comments. I was struggling to find the motivation for a 5k run this morning but this post inspired me and I went for a run listening to the podcast... I ended up running over 11k! That you @fearnecotton your podcast is so interesting and inspiring!

hannahmcguinn @fearnecotton could I please ask what kind of trainers you wear? I'm in need of some replacements and, since I'm fairly new to running, would appreciate some experienced advice!
