jmhchapman Loving charcuterie boards lately!!! We bought a beautiful board from an artisan at a fair in Ashland, OR and I was finally able to use it on the 4th! -and thanks for the address to find that yummy salad recipe. Can’t wait to try it! Question-for your charcuterie spreads, do you use the traditionally high-fat meats or do you sneak a few leans ones on there? I felt a (tiny bit) selfish when I put some roasted chicken and lean ham on mine for myself. I hid them behind some apples and crostini. Wasn’t sure if you just splurge on holidays....

The only thing is, I’m a little worried about my mom waiting in the heat all day for the chance to get a seat, as she has some health issues.
