Steam-grilled Japanese Chicken YAKITORI⠀

It’s an easy & quick grilled chicken skewers recipe😋 With Steam Grill, the seasoning can be very simple (no cooking oil!) and the cooking time is even shorter than other Yakitori recipes! Perfect for this July 4th weekend🇺🇸⭐️⠀

✅Ingredients:⠀
■ 300g (0.65lb) Chicken thighs⠀
■ 1 Negi / Long green onion (Use the white part)⠀
■ 1 Lemon⠀
■ 5~6 Asparagus ⠀
■ Some Black pepper, Salt and Garlic powder⠀
⠀
✅Steps:⠀
1️⃣Cut chicken thighs into bite-size pieces.⠀
2️⃣Cut the white part of Negi (Long green onion) into 4cm (1.5inch) pieces.⠀
3️⃣Slice a lemon.⠀
4️⃣Randomly pierce the chicken, green onion and lemon into skewers.⠀
5️⃣Sprinkle pepper, salt and garlic powder over the skewers.⠀
6️⃣Preheat Steam Grill on medium heat for 3minutes.⠀
7️⃣Place the skewers on the grill and grill for 3minutes.⠀
8️⃣Turn them over and add asparagus.⠀
9️⃣Fill water in the ridge surrounding the grill and steam for 4minutes.⠀
