Yeah come on Wheres the meat. ???? U have a large size family, this is not gonna fill them up nd they'll b back n two hours like with healthy Chinese Food, now this looks good, but I dont eat greens, but the color is pretty, but they need food ur kids r still growing....so wheres the meat ??????? U could slice some chicken strips grilled, first nd then add it. It will make a big difference n filling them up nd u getting to close the kitchen nd go to relax the rest of the night !!!!

I don't use meat in my greens. Onion, garlic, bell pepper and Chicken Broth. I have added carrot before and I have used leeks too.
