Did you notice # PranaMania on Instagram? Everyone on my feed laying on prickly colorful acupressure massage set @pranamat 💗 Actually I was pretty skeptical about it. It seemed strange to me how can you enjoy laying on spikes but actually it’s a good feeling. It’s uncomfortable a bit at first but after 10 seconds heat waves cover you... making your muscles relaxed, the tension goes away, fatigue pass and after 15 minutes you feel recharged. 10- 15 minutes massage on @pranamat pillow and mat and pain receded 💗 I struggle with back pain and have found this really affective.
