As my little Harry is about to turn 8 I want to remember all the amazing staff who helped save his life when he was born at 29 weeks.
I am raising money to buy life saving equipment for neo natal units.
Harry was on a life support for 7 weeks and it was a heart breaking time.

justsaawwah Both of my children were born premature,my son at 31 weeks and my daughter at 33 weeks..both were ventilated and it was touch and go for a while with both,but more so my son..the staff and doctors were amazing on the nicu at the time and way back then i was shocked as to just how expensive the intensive care incubators were,along with much of the equipment to be honest My babies are now very healthy 19 and 18 years old..but i will never forgot the care they had whilst in nicu..i will donate to this cause It is lovely to see just how happy and healthy Harry is now Lots of love xxxx

dlj_moran No one can understand just how amazing neonatal units are unless they have to walk through their doors. Truly amazing doctors & nurses who not only care for babies but support all the family?our daughter was born @27wks weighing 750g, couldn’t have done it without the amazing care shown to all of us!?she celebrated her prom on Thursday, such an emotional evening, from one proud mum to another! You’re doing a fab job raising awareness for such wonderful units! ??

clairelilley_lowe @missdlloyd my niece was born at 26 weeks and shortly after her birth the NICU nurses created @spoonscharity , a non profit charity to help spread awareness, support those affected and help raise funds to provide future support to families. They're amazing at what they do both at work and at home when spreading awareness of prematurity. Please have a nosey at all things @spoonscharity (to get a better idea at what they do) They really are amazing ! x ?

queendivaxonex @missdlloyd I'll also be donating. All 4 of my children were premature. My 20 yr old was born at 23 weeks and dedied all the drs who pleaded with me turn off the ventilator. Shes just qualified as a sports coach! #mummaknowsbest . The Scbu staff are amazing with our precious miracles. Thankyou for highlighting the need for updated equipment so desperately needed across the country x

nat_griffin_ My son was born last Sunday and was whisked off to neonatal. Which took us by surprise as he was born at 38wks. They were amazing and in essence saved his life I will forever be in debt to them, I will be donating, thank you for sharing @missdlloyd xxxxx

sarahiggins73 My twin nephews were born at 27 weeks, unfortunately the first twin died the surviving twin spent 3 long months at Neo Natal unit in Plymouth 6 weeks on life support. Thankfully he came home and is doing well, we are so very proud of him x ?
