ashley.chv I honestly love that there will be a black mermaid. You guys need to get out of the small boxed mindset that it HAS to be a certain way or look a certain way simply because the animation doesn’t match. Those were old time animations where they never even thought about being inclusive to other races. This is a new era of Disney and I think she looks gorgeous she sings beautifully and I honestly couldn’t think of an actress that could have played Ariel better. So congrats to her for getting the role. But not related to the success of having a black Ariel but sidenote to Disney.... can you also please think about making a movie for a Latin influenced princess. I feel like you guys have covered across he board with different races and nationalities of princesses and we are Latinos have yet to get a real Latin influenced princess. And no one mention princess of avalor cause that to me was just a swept under the rug moment.... they gave us a “ princess” to say they have one but majority of people don’t know who she is, don’t consider her a real princess character.. I know I personally don’t care much for her she doesn’t give me that same magical feeling like the others. Please just think about doing a Latin princess in the future.... coco was a huge success for you i think a Latin princess would also be a huge success! Thank you!

keepurselfalivee What’s up with all the live action Disney remakes like why is marketing this year just playing with peoples nostalgia? It’s okay to do a remake but why not something new? And that’s for any animation studio. Quit using nostalgia as a cash grab. There’s such thing as too much and this is it with live action Aladdin and now lion king, Mulan and little mermaid
