sonysdayout Zara’s Exchange policy is pathetic, they are not at all customer friendly. A simple exchange of a blazer has taken 1 and Half month time and bow they say its out of policy, as bill is 1.5 months old. I have been buying Zara Stuffs since 10years, i guess now is the time to put an end to it and stop using this brand..

danidani1991 @sonysdayout Yes Zara has a really bad customer service. I received my order but some pieces were missing. I has to wait a week to speak with a supervisor and they refunded me (because they didnt have the pieces in stock anymore) as a “courtesy” like i was lying and stealing from them. They lost me as customer!
