Pure New Zealand magic. Every once in a while the planet does something extra special that reminds you just how beautiful this world is. This was one of those nights. Even just looking back at this photo makes me feel a deep appreciation for the place we call home.
It may not be Earth Day, World Oceans Day, etc., but here’s a sometimes much needed daily reminder of how incredible the planet is. A reminder to treat it well and also to explore it, both equally important in today’s world.

billyptres Ok using this magnificent photo and moment to ask you to use your platform to shine a light on Iceland and take them to task for hunting and killing whales. The surge in popularity of Iceland as a tourist destination is not aligning with their evil practice of killing whales. You have taken incredible photos there and posted them and I’m sure tweaked peoples interest in Iceland to go there. But with your audience you can do more Chris!
