nathalia_del_rey I have been shopping at Nordstrom for YEARS. However I will NEVER EVER shop again .. I have placed an order for 3 different Gucci items that KEEP GETTING CANCELLED. It’s mind boggling how a company of your caliber can be so careless with your inventory... even Walmart has a better grasp I’m sure. Please fix this issue immediately. It’s too late for me, but it’s not a good feeling to want something , order it , only to be disappointed by a “sorry we don’t properly check our inventory” email. But the funds are still out of my account for a week...

kristen_lavy Shoot! We couldn’t get on the presale website when we tried. ? I hope this year it all gets figured out soon! Last year was a mess!! I do have my in-store appointment but would LOVE to be able to see all the great stuff I’d like her to pull prior to meeting!
