suhairsalah @louisvuitton so I went to the LV store today in the Mall of the Emirates , Dubai , entered the beautiful and went to ask a sales lady there about a scratch (which I don’t know how it happened) in my white LV sneakers , I was very disappointed with her attitude as she was busy with her phone and did not even bother to look at me or where I was pointing (to show her the scratch) and I asked her if they can fix it ! Without looking at me or at the scratch , she replied “I don’t know , put lotion on it” and left me standing there . I was very furious and left the store immediately. Unfortunately I did not get her name. When I buy from a high end brand like LV , I expect a better welcoming and a better service !!!

susanagco1 Again, never too much to reinforce - do not buy the diamond edition of LV’s tambour horizon. Mine was broken after less than a month and @louisvuitton customer service and @louisvuittondubai is so poor that is shameful. I’m waiting for 2 months now . Make sure your watch is not made of ceramic and should be used as an ornament at home.
