v_dillion Not at all pleased with the service. I’ve received much better from Neiman Marcus, Saks, and Barney’s. I just received a pair of shoes where one had some sort of residue from it being worn and stepping in something. It’s removable so I choose to keep them because the other one seems fine. However, calling the customer service resulted in practically being insulted by the representative as if it was my fault for ordering something at a good price and that I should have expected residue on the bottom of the shoe from someone else. He basically said I should be happy to even receive the shoes at the price I did and said he could only take off a small percentage but basically if I wanted something new just to purchase at full price. That’s just totally unacceptable. The thing is I ordered from you guys because BG has a good name but maybe I won’t do my business here!

v_dillion @v_dillion the thing is the packaging and the top of the shoes look brand new. So I have no idea how/ why that sediment would be on the bottom of one shoe. And it is NOT a price or materials sticker. It is red in appearance.
