jojomorgn._.7 A couple weeks ago I was surfing in Cape Hatteras, NC and did a fly away. I came back with a few stitches after landing on one of my fins. Obviously that anywhere isn’t close to Johns injury or the conditions he sustained the injury in but it goes to show how that board is able to harm you.

liteoffshore Nobody is even close to his level of surfing, you can’t be the best if you can’t beat the best, so the rest of the field will have to wait till next year....

lamebrainzac Lots of negative comments about this country or that country. This misses the point and is about a legend getting hurt and his recovery.
