cmadesignworks @willie.garson It's all looking entirely too much like The Handmaid's Tale these days. And the sad thing is most people won't wake up until they are handing out the uniforms. There are several scenes in the earlier episodes of The Handmaids Tale that are so true to life these days. The way the change happens slowly, little adjustments are made, subtle comments are uttered, people turn a blind eye because it's not happening to them... and suddenly they're handing you the robe. It's all so scary. We all have to do what we can to get this gobshite president out of office. #presidentgobshite

mbochco He loves dictators and makes no apologies about praising said dictators as “ fine people “ the ones who kill there own people and family- and jokes about removing term limits- people seemed appalled at his actions but the slow moving coup continues to dismantle our democracy every day he’s in office and there are still a large number of people willing to follow the worst president ( if not person and family) in history-let’s hope we can change that so I can sleep soundly again??

ryphonehb @pennylivingstone531 so why don't they create an easier pathway to legal citizenship? If funds were used for processing citizenshio, rather than building concentration camps, we'd probably get some more people processed. But they don't want that We love to be a "beacon for freedom", just as long as the "right people" see that beacon, and there aren't too many of them. Undocumented immigration is an issue, and it's being handled in all the wrong way.

pennylivingstone531 @pennylivingstone531 With that said, I find comparing them to Concentrate camps disingenuous, as one group willing, regardless of their prior circumstances, broke the law and entered the country illegally. That is no excuse for how they are being treated. The other group, innocent of any wrong doing, citizens of their countries, were herded into camps for nothing more than their religious beliefs and summarily murdered, in the millions.

_josh_owens_ The military parade is to celebrate our military and give honor to every aspect of our military. I don’t understand why this decision is faced with criticism because our military does fly overs for big sporting events and parachutes into stadiums. I feel like the only reason this is criticized is because Trump set the parade up.

darcicolbrese @_josh_owens_ trump has degraded every Memorial Day, Veterans Day anything to do with supporting our military! He has also called a POW stupid for getting caught, not a hero! He has NO business using the military for his benefit especially when he dodged the draft numerous times. He unpatriotic in every way possible!
