I just can’t with this. It’s no surprise, I know- we all know people like this. I’ve been listening to LOTS of Russell brand lately and it’s really helped me realize that we CAN do more to raise positive consciousness with our good thoughts and positive energy. That combined with working for candidates in which I believe, donating, spreading information and generally dedicating as much of myself to my family as possible is all I know to do in the face of THESE PEOPLE AND THESE TIMES. I do t doubt for a moment that GOOD things are coming. ?❤️

@sotaqueesquisito facebook doesn't give a sh*t unless it gives 'em bad press. I've reported enough infuriating posts where people celebrate the death of refugees or war casualties, wished gruesome death upon entire groups of people just because of appearances, religion or orientanion etc, but mostly I just get back "doesn't go against community guidelines"...

I’ve been watching Newsroom and so enthralled with the way the news can make a story or break it. Don talking to the rape victim in the second to last episode... sheesh. There’s so many layers. But empathy is so important. And integrity. Thank you for choosing parts and moreover choosing causes that shine light on things that need noticing.

@casadeberry here’s the thing: Howard Stern isn’t a federal employee tasked with overseeing the well-being of refugees and asylum seekers in the name of We the People. So...fuck all of these people entirely. And frankly, fuck false equivalencies too.

It is the saddest and most terrifying thing that these people are the ones in charge of caring for and protecting the vulnerable people coming across the border. Absolutely heart breaking ?
