@katehudson I have been overweight my entire life. I’m down 40 pounds, and keeping it off. (I do have more to lose) WW taught me (retaught me) what to eat and how to balance what I choose to eat. Probably though, the most valuable lesson has been to hold myself accountable for each choice I make. It’s a lifelong journey, I’m glad to be on it. Thank you for your posts. You ROCK!

I fell into a deep depression last year when Drs couldn’t find what was wrong with me. They basically said you have UCTD, autoimmune, which could be anything at this point I’m also hypothyroid so Ive gained weight, too much weight & now I’m wondering if @WW would be a good fit for me? and is it affordable?

We eat a lot of yellow squash and zucchini this time of year because we always grow a garden with plenty! We eat most of it pan seared like this or in po’ packs on the grill. YUMM!! We are always so sad when they stop producing :(

Tell us besides zucchini what is this sauce? I saw lime but not sure what else. I would love to make this. Yummy. Sautéed but I don’t know what sauce, Tks! ?
