How we start the morning at the Bakery: our “Everything Bagel & Schmear” Pavlova on the left, with a honey graham cracker meringue bagel topped with toasted coconut, sesame and poppy seeds, filled with cheesecake mousse and sour cherry jam. And our Bodega Coffee Tiramisu in the right, with espresso amaretto-soaked almond biscuit, Mascarpone ganache, and dark chocolate mousse. Part of our New York Collection, 9 new pastries inspired by all the things we love about NYC, available from July 4th through Labor Day here in Soho.

To celebrate the collection, I’m hosting a picnic potluck on Friday, July 12th from 3-4:30pm somewhere secret in Manhattan. What to know where it is?
