🔽Ingredients for chicken muffin🔽⁠
🍗1/3 cup - Parsley⁠
🍗1 - Egg⁠
🍗2 - Chicken breast / about 2 cups ground⁠
🍗1/3 cup - panko Breadcrumbs⁠
🍗2 tbsp - Dijon mustard⁠
🍗1 - Onion / carmelized⁠
🍗1-2 - carrot / fine⁠
🍗2 tbsp - #flavorgod Ketchup⁠
🍗2 tbsp - tomato paste⁠
🍗2 tsp - #flavorgod Himalayan Salt&Pepper⁠

Blend all above ingredients together in large bowl.⁠

Oil cupcake pan and place filling into it.⁠

Bake at 350* Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes or until chicken fully cooked. (Therm reaches 165* Fahrenheit)⁠
