Girls got a room makeover! Donated over 3/4’s of their toys (idk how they kept accumulating so many) & thrifted brins new bed! Lots of decluttering and reorganizing went down! Brin has loved being able to finally navigate through her toys & just play with her favorites! So refreshing. If you’re looking for a sign to declutter your room or your kids’ ...this is it!!! 💛

veronicanorenee i’m sure you know this because you’re a second time mom but just in case you don’t— i was recently just at the eye doctor and i have amblyopia and astigmatism so one of my eyes is 20/20 and the other isn’t so my brain decides to shut it off and not use it because it’s too hard which causes lazy eyes. i don’t have a lazy eye cause mines not that bad BUT my eye doctor told me if i don’t wear glasses i will eventually go blind in that one eye. BESIDES THE POINT he also said that babies need to be tested at 6 months old to see if they have any problems to catch them before it’s too late. i didn’t get glasses until i was two which is why it’s a danger to me now. just wanted to let you know if you haven’t gotten rosie or brinley tested for glasses you should!

thenicoolest do you do a montessori lifestyle with the kids?? if you don’t, u should look into it! it’s totally ur style. lots of wood toys and using imagination without light up toys. i love it. but we aren’t 100% montessori. bc they also say no disney or unrealistic things but i think books & movies are ok to be a little imaginative and fun.

amberbloedel i love your aesthetic , just from my previous experience from taking college courses over child development colors really help children grow. idk if you supplement that in a different way for them but seems strange to me that they aren’t provided with that necessary growth aspect

chxnnie._ this is so cute! when i was a kid i would’ve fought you about it, though. ? everything had to be the brightest pink and purple imaginable. also sparkly ??? basically had to look like a Barbie mivie
