zxcvbnjhgfty @westelm delivery was scheduled for today between 11 am - 3 pm. It’s currently 7:20 pm and we are still waiting... called customer service at 5:30 to inform them T.H. derives had told us “we are lucky if he shows up today since it is not his route...” customer service confirmed the driver will be here within an hour which would have been 6:30 pm (3.5 hours after the latest they had promised to be here initially) almost an hour after that and they are still not here!!!! Currently on hold with customer service trying to figure out what is next 26 minutes on this call already! Please don’t waste your time with this company. They are a logistical and the quality is definitely lacking. Today alone my husband and I have spend a total 2 hours on call with customer service so far and counting

cwmortonink I have shopped at west elm for years - and use their credit card for rewards. But be careful- I recently lost $5 while using a $25 reward, as the sales person didn’t inform me that my purchase didn’t total the entire reward. She blithely told me after the purchase was complete that I still had $5 to use. This isn’t true. That money is forfeited. I would have gladly found more to purchase, spending way more than the $5. Mistakes happen, but this sales person didn’t care. I won’t be shopping at West Elm in Edina.

zxcvbnjhgfty @westelm this was the same response I got last time I made a post sharing my experience on Instagram since this is not the first thing that has gone wrong with this order. If I send an email now, would you be able to share an estimate to get a response? I asked to speak to a supervisor on the last call I was on and the rep hung up the phone on me. You can’t make this stuff up!!! Do you have a direct email or another way to reach out since the emails seem to end up in a black hole?
