Today was definitely not my best outing over 400, I let situations out of my control alter my race plan and paid the price for it.
I never want to walk off the track disappointed in a performance but that is part of the learning curve, so after my strop I’m sure I’ll be viewing this as another step in hopefully a very long journey.
Onwards and upwards 🙌🏼
