Not being familiar with what the Hatch Act is, I looked it up. After reading a Google article from the NYTIMES website, I think there is a good chance that 90% of our politicians have violated it as well. COPIED: The Hatch Act is designed to ensure that government employees avoid the appearance of partisanship and do not use their official authority to influence the results of an election. “At a time when the country appears sharply divided on partisan lines,” Mr. Kerner said, “the public must be able to trust that regardless of which party is in power, or which candidate a federal employee supports, federal law is administered uniformly and without partisan bias.”
Ms. Conway is far from the first administration official across a number of presidencies to be accused of violating the Hatch Act. Julián Castro, who is now running for the Democratic presidential nomination but served as the Housing and Urban Development secretary under President Barack Obama, was rebuked in 2016 for a violation stemming from his endorsement of Hillary Clinton. In the George W. Bush White House, the Office of the Special Counsel found that Karl Rove broke the law by coordinating appearancesof cabinet members at political rallies for Republican candidates during the 2006 midterm elections.
In most cases, violators have escaped punishment by apologizing and vowing to refrain from such actions in the future. After the Castro case, members of Mr. Obama’s cabinet were barred from speaking at the 2016 Democratic National Convention to avoid further violations.

What does this really tell you? That she's guilty. She knows what she did, so fails to come to see Congress. I'm thinking that Donald Trump told her not to go in front of Congress because of what she did by repeatedly violated the Hatch Act. Kellyanne Conway took a oath, that she "will honor, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. To the best of her ability, to the office I'm about to enter, so help me God." So, by Kellyanne Conway repeatedly violated the Hatch act, she went against the Constitution and the oath she took.

This administration is corrupt and lawless from the top down. They are totally ignoring the ruke of law and moving cliser and closer to becoming an entity onto itself. At some point the congressional representatives we elected are going to have to stop these animals before this country dissolves into a massive shadow of itself.
