So blessed to have seen and captured this leopardess as she went about her business on a recent trip to #krugernationalpark
The bush is full of surprises and that’s why I love it. We had seen nothing for ages and then as we came around a bend chatting away, we couldn’t believe our eyes. She was walking on the edge of the road nonchalantly without a care in the world. We were also lucky enough to be the only vehicle on the sighting for sometime before others joined. 1 minute earlier or later we wouldn’t have seen her. Timing is everything. genewells63 I had the opportunity to see #krugernationalpark in 2011. It took my breath away and far exceeded the mental pictures I had made in all the years of reading about Africa as a boy and beyond. Amazing creation! We didn’t see a leopard, but many other species and a lioness guarding a fresh kill just a meter or two from the road.

dweber55 Loved The Krueger !!! Saw two leopard afar off. Saw plenty of elephants,,, giraffes, gazelle, rhino , hippo , water buffalo, crocs , didn’t see any lion in the area though ,,, I WISh I would have known about y’all when I was there last year .......
