I never had as much headache with a cell phone as I did with the LENOVO K6 PLUS. It's been 2 years since I bought mine, every day I have a headache. The microphone does not record songs correctly, the worst is APPROXIMATE SENSOR, the screen turns black and does not come back. I go in the settings to turn off the sensor, nothing solves it, it stays the same even when the sensor is turned off. worse and is no longer in warranty. you had the obligation to set my cell phone even though it was out of warranty, because we are not talking about problems caused by me, but already comes from the factory these problems. I will make a video alerting the population to NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM MARK LENOVO. my friend youtuber has more than 1 million followers he will publish my video. I never buy anything from this HORRIBLE brand again. the defects are already in the factory.

I am contacting you regarding my request for replacing my LCD panel that was very fragile and cracked easily by just closing the laptop screen. Till now the service center recommended by Lenovo support was not efficient and not professional ,After ten weeks the service center brought a wrong LCD panel which did not fit for my LEGION PF16EBEE . I am very upset for the unbelievable bad service and after sale support for such a premium device.What is the recommend action now.please advice or take rapid action to solve the problem)

Poor product quality and warranty service for the heavy customer. After 3 months of work my P40 destroyed by the repair team is replaced with a P52s that arrives with two broken pieces and emits an unbearable noise. It is sent to the repair center and the repair team says there are no noises and the pc is sent back to me. I turn it on and the OC continues to make unacceptable noises for a PC that costs more than 1700 euros. NEVER AGAIN.

Lenovo legion support is very bad ... A broken LCD needed 10 weeks to be bought by Lenovo partners in Egypt and it was the wrong model didnot fit. i used ideapads with no problem but i am not buying any nore laptops from lenovo anymore untill the aftersale in Egypt. Gets better and start supporting customers !!! #lenovolegion #customersupport #problem

Every single one of these that I have sold to my customers have been returned for various reasons, primarily being performance, display, and wifi related issue, don't support brand that can't put some time into the R and D required to make devices worth the money they're asking.
