Sometimes I'm so busy I forget to stop and take a moment to think about how I can be the most productive me. And just when I'm about to go full speed it's nice to have someone to stop you while you stand in good light :) how do you find balance mid week with so much to do and never enough time ? I try to do something just for me at least once a day. Like wear a necklace I never think to put on but makes me happy , or watch something ratchet late night that makes me laugh, maybe eat something decadent and delicious. How do you put it all on pause ?

happytharow1 How? Being productive all the time is not healthy and definitely not satisfying at all. It will drain you mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Find out what is the most important thing in your life and stick with it. Have fun and live... That is all all folks!

palmasyaguacates @kelis I have started writing longhand in a journal in the AM to “Brain drain” - it really sets me straight and clears out unnecessary crap so I can focus. I’m a single mom with three jobs in NYC. If I can do it anyone can!

patienceisavirtue247365 @kelis I will thanks... I try to eat fruit in the am and before bed so I am not eating so much of the sweets it helps. I love dark chocolate so that rebbl should be good. ?
