1 WEEK BEFORE BIRTH VS 18 MONTHS POSTPARTUM
There have been ups and downs with my transformation and not everything has gone to plan. While I am overall really happy with what I’ve achieved there are still parts of my body that will never be the same. I was shocked and upset at first because I worked so hard and planned as much as I could. Now I have come to terms with it and accept that after giving birth our bodies will never be the same. That doesn’t mean we can’t get still be in amazing shape and sexy though! I get asked a lot about if it’s too late to get in shape after pregnancy and my answer is always the same. It’s never too late! Just start today and don’t wait! I followed my Fitness Guides during my pregnancy and after giving birth.💪🏽

@kyliebee_ it will go away by itself I’m a mother of 6 and each pregnancy is different. With my third I don’t have a line at all while pregnant and I got skinny jeans after two weeks however with my 6 it’s quite the opposite ??♀️

You look amazing?? i hope you don’t mind me asking but how much of an ab separation do you still have compared to pre pregnancy and also do you have any tips on how to strengthen and pull the abs back together x
