“I was at a friend’s place when I caught this shot of the golden hour. It was by chance that my Canon EOS 80D was with me when we met this view. Perched on the 17th floor of the apartment, I was worried that I might not be able to capture the sun without any obstructions as there are many buildings in Singapore. Nonetheless, I was lucky to catch the sun at the right moment, unobstructed.
To get the cleanest possible image, my ISO was set to 100. With the lens’ image stabilization function, I was able to get a sharp image at 1/30 shutter speed.” •
