Feeling a little bit un-motivated to go to the gym? I’m here to help! Here are some tips I find helpful :)
⭕️ Have a plan! Walk into the gym knowing what you are going to do. Know what area of your body you are training and what circuits you are going to perform! This not only eliminates wasting time, but it will also help you reach your goals and remain consistent! This is exactly why I created my programs on the @fitplanapp, so that there is no guess work for you guys!
⭕️ Pack your gym bag the night before. Lay that cute gym set that makes you feel good, have your water bottle filled and your sneakers all packed. Something about preparing your things the night before holds you accountable to get to the gym.
⭕️ Have a killer playlist! Music moves you and will motivate you to crush your workout. ⭕️ Remind yourself of why you’re working out. Remind yourself that these are the steps you are taking to be the best version of yourself. Remind yourself that hard work pays off and that you can do anything you put your mind to.
