This is how Sundays should be spent! 🍭

I learned a very valuable lesson this day. The old Kids and Sugar lesson.
Everything was all fun and games until the sugar kicked in and I had two wild creatures on the loose happy as can be but with more energy than they knew what to do with.. Until the crash.. and they turned in to angry, rage filled, tears eyed nearly uncontrollable beasts from another planet. 😤😫😖🤨😡 Never have my arms felt heavier than from carrying these two boys as they laid passed out in my arms from a long day at Disneyland.. Wouldn’t trade it for the world 😏🕺🏽❤️

stephanieross1 On YouTube when you like make a lightbulb turn on with water and lemon and then you add a little bit of sea salt and it makes the light bulb brighter. When you add sugar it shuts off the light bulb stops the conduction. It was very interesting to see it and how it works. Lemon water creates energy and a little Celtic salt Himalayan salt sea salt adds to the energy. Pain when sugar is out at the light bulb goes completely out.💖❤️🙏

mishshellz I wish more men would step up and be there for the kids...whether they are the fathers, uncles, friend...etc. Children, especially boys, need that bond with a male role model. It looks like your nephews have that in spades

stanger117 You know, sugar actually doesn't make kids hyper? It's an old myth. They get the illusion that it does because we say it will, and they believe it. It's actually pretty interesting to think about.

aj081309 So true brock. Slow down and just enjoy the time we have right now with our families. So many people rush rush then all of the sudden its sadly too late.
