Make time to workout, you are worth it! Your kids will love that you’re healthy, energetic and able to participate in activities with them (especially if you are a boy mom 🤪) I cant tell you how many times agents and managers said my career would be over once i got pregnant and was a mom. And don’t even get me started about age. I was told that after the age of 27 i would be “too old” to model swimwear and lingerie.. and that no company would want to hire an “older model” ... i was also told my hips and butt were too big for the standard size of bikini modeling. To my surprise at the age of 33 @sportsillustrated contacted me to meet with them for a casting, fully aware of my age and being a mom. Although i wasn’t chosen, it was a great to prove my past agents and managers wrong who were negative and close minded. My point is ... believe in YOURSELF!!! I’m freakin 36 with 2 kids and not planning on slowing down anytime soon 🤪 Cut out all negative people in your life who try and bring you down. After becoming a mom, i lost a lot of “friends”, you realize and appreciate who the real ones are and the fake ones tend to fade away for the better. Set goals and remember that it’s the baby steps that count.
