In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, habanero seasoning, and juice of 1-2 lemon halves. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.⠀ ⠀ Salmon:⠀ Brush both sides of salmon with remaining olive oil, then season both sides with pink s+p. LIghtly oil grill. Grill salmon flesh side down for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and finish cooking another 4-6 minutes. Let rest about 5 minutes before serving. Squeeze some grilled lemon juice and drizzle with habanero lemon sauce.
