effinrich @yolibart ah, I see. So the issue is 2-fold. Users being offended by artwork (absurd) and Instagram not actually looking at the content of the “offensive” post. The historycoolkids account has had that issue with historical photos, images of sculptures, etc.

yolibart @effinrich not always, but as soon as someone says they’re offended, Instagram blocks the post. I follow a couple of artists that are pretty frustrated with the lack of follow though once a post is “reported”.

yolibart @effinrich I’m aware! But Instagram even blocks paintings of naked women, so my comment is still relevant. Doesn’t matter if it’s the real deal or not.

effinrich @yolibart really? Paintings? I knew about the other issues via Sarah Silverman’s account, but not paintings. Seems quite silly. Point taken.
