A “progressive” will probably win the Democratic primary, President #Trump predicts during a wide-ranging discussion in the Oval Office, the day before formally kicking off his 2020 re-election bid. He runs down the competition with evident relish. @joebiden “is not the same Biden,” he says, adding later, “Where’s the magic?” @kamalaharris, he notes, “has not surged.” @バーニー・サンダース is “going in the wrong direction.” @elizabethwarren’s “doing pretty well,” he allows, but @pete.buttigieg “never” had a chance.
