Sadly Philippe Zdar of @cassius has passed away. If you’re a young dance music producer, now is the time to familiarise yourself with the work he has done, as one half of Cassius, and with other artists. Chances are you’ve heard his creativity without even knowing it. Zdar worked with bands who heavily inspired and shaped our taste, like @chromeo @cut_copy and @フェニックス so his influence has spread far and wide. We never had a chance to meet him, but we can only appreciate everything he did for music. RIP
