YES PLEASE 😍🧖🏼♀️. One of my favourite ways to practise self care is to run a hot bath at the end of a long day. I have been doing this a lot lately to soothe my VERY SORE muscles (I'm starting at #BBG Beginner again haha….wow). As I have only recently been cleared for light workouts, my body is only JUST starting to get used to exercising again..without a child in my tummy haha. A hot bath is great for circulation and can also help sore muscles (especially if you stretch after). Also!! I purchased a sleep time tea from a local tea shop - its a really nice chamomile blend and that also helps me sleep so well. Bath, stretch and TEA combo is a win!
