Having an opinion based on your feelings doesn't make you right in the least bit, let alone having your piss poor attitude. I work with Sean and you don't, simple as that. I have seen how he behaves and treats people- you haven't. Mr. Penn is without a doubt one of the best directors and actors I have ever worked with, in terms of his qualities as an artist and as a person.
