A lot of people ask me: what’s your favorite pastry? For me, it’s always the DKA (Dominique’s Kouign Amann). It was the first pastry we started with when our little Soho shop opened 8 years ago, and it’s still my favorite to this day, with those flaky layers and golden caramelized crust. Thanks to our friends at @munchies for welcoming us into your kitchens so we could bake with you. It’s a labor of love to make, but worth every moment.
