I have changed my profile picture to blue because I have committed to stand with and support and fight for our sisters and brothers in Sudan. Hundreds of thousands of everyday people came together to stand against an evil dictator and war criminal, Omar al-Bashir, who was the President there. And they overthrew him. But now the military, many of them war criminals themselves, has taken over. They cut off cell service and the Internet. And they began to massacre hundreds of civil rights leaders and protestors. They began killing and sexually assaulting women. And throwing their bodies in the Nile River. I’ve seen the images and videos. I’d like for you TO TURN YOUR PROFILE PICTURE BLUE TOO. In the next post I’m going to tell you who started this trend. #sudanuprising #sudanmassacre

There is so much to be thankful for. You make a difference and we appreciate all you do. We stand behind your efforts in Sudan and beyond. Just a side note... I've watched Bull Durham over 20 times...great movie!

mariecampbell1979 Ms. Sarandon i have been a fan for many years. I am curious who is catching your attention in the next election? I saw an interview of you saying last time around you don’t vote with your vagina, and i agree you should never pick because you share that in common.
